y'all know which snap i'm talking about

kind of post-apocalyptic I guess. Also, there's this video which talks about the economics after the snap-ish.

The Battle of Manhattan in PJO has a scene where the entire population of Manhattan is put to sleep by Morpheus, and Percy describes seeing small fires from apartments, cars still driving with people in them, an airplane where the pilot was put to sleep but the passenger was immune etc. so probably a larger scale version of that.
