i take good care of my skin, and try to dress nice even when i'm dressing comfy!

Clean myself, whether it be a shower or a long bath. If I'm not up to that, at least put on clean underwear and use a scented lotion or body spray.
Run the oil diffuser or incense, or light a candle. Put on dim lights to ease any strain on my eyes, or let in some sunlight, depending on what the vibe is.
I'm also trying to take up yoga. I'm leaving the mat unrolled in the middle of my bedroom, so even if I don't feel like going through the effort of preparing, I still have a place to spontaneously do yoga/stretch out, and I don't have to plan ahead of time.
