I can't figure that out for the life of me.

You need to make an account on https://en.gravatar.com/ and whatever you set your avatar to on there will automatically become your avatar here, and anywhere else that uses gravatar (as long as you use the same email).

It's new to me too.

I signed up for Gravatar but still no profile picture on here. I'm confused :(

You also have to add the website ( my profile > websites > add website ). Just type in notebook.ai in both blanks. Worked perfectly for me
