Here's a link to a pdf that I created after attending a course at Harvard. This is mainly tailored to short stories, but it has tips for all types of writing.

Write every day, as much as you can. I'm stuck in a writing rut right now, but I'm still adding onto my stories. It's like pulling teeth, and really isn't going anywhere, but I'm at least writing and making something.
