Help! I want to use more roots in my writing (for names of places, characters, etc) but usually I end up with hard to pronounce, hard to spell words that take up half a paragraph and make no sense.

I use Greek roots, in a sci-fi thing I wrote, the city is called New Arcadia.

Look up a bunch of greek prefixes and suffixes for names and meld them with modern ones, if that sounds like a good idea to you I think it could end up really cool.
