Does what it says on the tin.

Rules:
Anyone can participate in this, but I will warn you, I can be very salty.
I’m not watching Steven Universe or Adventure Time or anything else Rebecca Sugar has worked on. I don’t like her. Also, no Quentin Tarantino. Hate him.
If I’ve already watched it, I probably will just list a few disorganized thoughts instead of live-blogging my experience.
I won’t watch anything with majorly problematic themes. I also will probably skip horror films since they demonize mental illness more often than not, and I have a weak stomach.
If it’s too long, I’ll probably only watch the first two or three episodes (regarding TV)
If it’s pro war, or has a very non critical view of the military, I probably will skip out on it.
I can change these rules any time as I feel like it. I can add, edit, or remove anything as I choose.

Anyways have fun I’m bored it’s quarantine and I am dying.

I haven’t seen it. I’ll put it on the list, what’s it about?

I’ve seen Kubo! I’ll put a post up with my thoughts in a minute.

Mr. Fox breaks his promise to his wife to never return to his life of crime, and his whole community pays the price. Stop motion, PG, directed by Wes Anderson.

So. Kubo, huh? Okay so first of all, I loved it, stop motion animation USA beast and they dealt with it wonderfully. Kubo is loveable from the start, he’s a witty little bastard and I love him so much. His mom is… fine, preferred her as Monkey but I like the portrayal of her amnesia. Was fairly accurate. Beetle is hilarious, I want to hug him. He’d be a good hugger, I know.

The Moon King was terrifying and I loved it. I was on edge during the entire transformation scene and the payoff was gorgeous. Overall a sad, but really good movie. 10/10.

Ooh, okay! I’ll check it out some time! I’ve noticed you talk a lot about it here, it must be good!

Okay so I reviewed the Witcher on my handy dandy site of reviewing things that might potentially trigger me and, well… it checked off a lot of the boxes. I will check out the Mandalorian tho.

Supernatural: 15 seasons of complete awesomeness, so you can do the first few episodes or so. I recommend watching season one on DVD since Netflix changed some of the music to songs that don't really fit the situation. Spectacular acting in this. I know you said no horror, but most of season 1 is monster-of-the-week episodes that get resolved by the end of the episode.

Haven: Suspense TV show. I'd say more but I can't due to spoiler reasons.

I’ve seen Supernatural, didn’t like it. I don’t want to ruin it for you so that’s all I’ll say.

As for the other two, I’ll check them out!

What're your thoughts on Fantastic Mr. Fox

Okay, so I shall give my thoughts now! I didn’t liveblog it because I honestly forgot, but here are my general opinions.

So basically. I didn’t really like it, but I can see why some might. Idk. The style of humor didn’t really hit for me and I only laughed at two of the jokes. However, the animation was fine, a bit jerky but fine, and while there could have been less closeup shots of the face I can still kinda get what they were going for there.

The plot didn’t really seem super interesting, and there was too much violence in the direction of animals for comfort, but overall it wasn’t terrible. Honestly I’ll give it a 6/10 for trying. Not good, but not terrible.

Where'd You Go Berdenette
(I think that's how you spell it) Its soo good!

Ooh, if you’re still taking recs I’d recommend Monster High (on YouTube, or any of the movies-Ghouls Rule is a good one!) or Doctor Who, both of those are amazing shows.

I already know about Doctor Who, both classic and modern, it’s really good! 8 is probably my favorite due to my (new) love of audio formatting. If you haven’t listened to the audios, there are a ton of them on Spotify! As for Monster High, I’ll check it out!
