I like to play with different spices and other things, hot chocolate just happens to work with almost everything!

half water, one quarter milk, and one quarter heavy whipping cream.

heat the water and the milk, but not the cream. mix together, add either chocolate powder, or a quarter cup of sugar and an eighth of a cup coco powder.

add a splash of vanilla and cinnamon for sweet, or paprika, salt, and black pepper for a zip.
