Beta Readers:
If you would like to be a Beta Reader for other users, please below put who you are, why you want to be a beta reader, your experiences as a writer or Beta reader, and any additional information you would like writers to know, including access to a dm site where they can talk to you and give you samples of writing, or to ask additional questions before accepting you (Pinterest, FB, text etc.). Please research Beta Readers before putting up any information, this is not to be a critique partner.

Writers:
If you want a Beta Reader to read your work, then you can find one here. If any Beta Readers here request paid services, or present any behaviour that you do not like, then please write on here and we will take the report further by deleting their info if needed. If you decide you want to pay them for their services, then that is between you and your Betas, but if you feel uncomfortable, then please message here and I can help, otherwise it might happen to another writer.

I'm really excited to help Betas and writers meet each other so, please, any questions are welcome. If you you are a Beta wanting a writer, or a writer wanting a Beta, please put either [BETA READER] or [WRITER] at the top of any text you include.

[BETA READER]
Heyo I'm Dani. I'm interested in Beta reading because I think it would be really cool to read other people's stuff and I have a lot of time on my hands. I've dabbled in writing, but I haven't Beta-read anything yet.
When I found this thread I didn't know what a Beta Reader was, so I looked it up: A beta reader is a test reader of an unreleased work of literature or other writing (similar to beta testing in software), giving feedback with the angle of an average reader to the author about remaining issues. I'm probably a pretty solid pair of eyes, because I'm a pretty average reader and I have a general sense of what good writing is and where writing needs work.
If you're interested in having me take a look at something, dm me. I can give you my email address and we can talk further.
*I just want to give a heads-up to any writers: I am under 18 years of age, so if you would be uncomfortable sharing your writing with a non-adult, look elsewhere. I'm down to read anything, though.
