Steals the cookie dives down int the deepest trench in the ocean, drops it into a deep crevice too narrow to reach into. Covers the crevice with rocks and guards it with 5 million locks you have to get through by a series of clues (like an escape room).

Throws five underwater stable atomic bombs near the area that can get rid of the locks but not the cookie. Takes the soggy cookie and throws it towards a volcano.
