Working out, meditation.
Nice. What is your general workout, or do you mix it up?
Running and weights. Meditation is something I only used to do for martial arts, but soon I learned it really helps with stress and have worked to get better at it. Iām a distance runner. Normal run would be about 6 or 7 miles. I do all sorts of things for weights.
Nice, I myself mostly do weighted pushup plank, weighted abdominal plank, weighted wall sit, three weighted rounds on the bag, and three weighted miles of running, I also do unweighted calisthenics and other bodyweight exercises, and I'm starting to swim, climb, and do more functional strength training like pushing an ATV uphill, pulling it downhill, and curling the front end, and also power cleans with a strongman log, plus an obstacle course which I do 10 times every day. Not to mention the ever fun tire-flipping, sledgehammer swings, and chain breaking, and wood splitting. But I also spar a lot.
