I don't remember all details but as I recall it was One Direction fan fiction. It was about a girl named Makinna (Don't remember how I spelled it though). It had a super loose plot about kidnapping (I don't even know) and it was written like this:
Person: Dialogue
Person2: Dialogue
It was super awful and when I rediscovered I wiped it off the face of the earth which I actually really regret.
I had tried my hand at writing and posting online a few more times with fan fiction about various other boys from bands but eventually, I stopped completely, it just wasn't for me.
I recently started writing again and I'm glad I've watched myself fail so many times because I can see improvement and it's really encouraging.
Five years and middle school education really help you improve your sentence structure :)
The first piece of writing I ever posted online was a short story I posted sometime in spring last year. It was only two pages long and it was about two characters, one of which got run over by a car. I dug it up and revised it just yesterday, actually, but it's still really bad. I guess the way I cringe at old writing just tells me I'm improving but sometimes I kind of want to burn it all and run away screaming "I DIDN'T DO IT!"
i honestly can't remember but it was probably some angsty teen love poem in my early days on deviantart. needless to say i don't write poetry anymore.
I used to write naruto fics on quizilla way before they shut down, before I moved to ff.net and fictionpress. I think my oldest story posted in a short little scene between two characters in a modern au type deal? (That's not counting all the shitty emo poetry on fictionpress lmao)
They're not as terrible as they could be, but I'd still prefer not to see them.
…I think it was a MCU fanfiction. I had helped a friend with concepting/writing works beforehand, but this was my first time publishing anything that was just me. It was a little five part series in which my own original character basically annoys Helmut Zemo–but they end up becoming slight friends in the end. It's still around, and I actually still like it! (Granted, it hasn't been that long since I posted it, but I still like it nonetheless.) ^-^
First piece of writing I posted online was on a video game forum thing about the backstory of my character. I still like the general concept of what I wrote, but dear god, the random stuff, plot contrivances, and characters either acting more grown up than they should be, entirely ooc, or both means looking back on it is painful. I ended up writing much better fanfiction later on, until I lost interest in the game entirely, and now I'm finally writing my own world where I can make the rules without brazenly defying canon.
