There is no show or movie, or even game that features worse dungeon then the show Merlin. Like literally everyone escapes.

Because of Plot Armor™️.
I don't watch Merlin, but I'll bet you $1,000 that the minute it becomes convenient for the plot for the dungeon to be hard to break out of, it will become the best flipping dungeon in the world.
