forum Creating Laws and Procedures

I need some help coming up with laws and procedures for a world where government controls who marries who, what they eat, and other strict laws. The world is very orderly and straight-forward.

For the marriage thing
When a person turns eighteen, they are taken from their houses by government officials and taken to a place where they are then paired with their future spouse. The marriage happens under the eyes of government officials, and maybe divorce is illegal?
For the eating thing
Once a week, every house is sent a package with all of their ingredients/ready meals for the week. Food is not sold in stores, and they must use that set amount of food. Everyone's bank account is linked to the government, and they take however much money they need to from your account each week for the food
All I've got at the moment, they're just ideas.
