-Try drawing on your arms, while listening to music that helps you blow off some steam!
-Try taking a rubber band, and putting it on your wrist, pull it back and snap it whenever you feel the need to hurt yourself.
-Slap your thighs, or something less harmful, dear. It's far better for you.
-stomp on something like concrete really hard. Or if you have a punching bag, use that.
