Well, I use my manipulation and blackmail to get people to apologize for being jerks and give the people they bullied cookies.

I'm getting mixed messages from that statement…..

I just get really defensive when someone is being picked on.

So do I! But normally I'm a total wuss. Either way I don't really come across conflict where I live, it's a pretty quiet village.

So I've recently been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and apparently there's a high risk of me committing selfharm/suicide, both of those are things I'd never do but I'm really worried and I don't really have anyone to talk to.

Well, you can always talk to me. I've had depression and anxiety since I was four.

I've been feeling really stressed lately, sometimes I just can't focus and I always feel rejected and I feel like everyone hates me.

I feel like that all the time. You need to remember that there will always be one person in this world that is counting on you to stay alive, and that you could be the only reason they are staying alive.
