Whoa, that's cool!
Whoa, that's cool!
The word panic came from the name of the greek god Pan, becuase he would jump out of the woods and scream at passersby, only to run back into the words after they were sufficently terrified.
I wish that were my job.
Lol, that would be amazing.
Pan was actually the god of nature, and he was half goat. Imagine walking over to the pool and passing the local forest, only to have a half goat dude scream at you and then suddenly dissappear.
Pan-ic! At the disco!
I heard panic I'm here
Hi! I'm new.
Hey!
Why are the A Fever You Can't Sweat Out song titles so weird? I can think of about a billion that would make sense. I constantly thank god for estaban???? Really???? Do they mean something??? I must know. Curse you Panic! at the Disco
any fans have the answer?
I just learned that the guy who invented netflix made it because he was pissed that he had such a large late fee on a film he rented.
Also: When they were filming the scenes with the ewoks in Starwars, they didn't let the guy playing chewbacca off set in his costume because they were worried he might get shot by bigfoot hunters
The resemblance is there, lol. Plus it's out west, and we're all about bigfoot here. 90% of people are crazy here.
Did you know that potato chips were invented by a prank? No lie, the guy kept saying his french fries (or "Chips" if you're British) were to thick so the chef made them as thin as he could and the guy loved them! Who would have known?
Cool!
Did you know the word quiz was invented on a dare? The guy was drunk with his friends and they dared him to make up a new word and teach it to people. He spray painted the word quiz everywhere, and then when people saw the word and wondered what it meant, he told them.
Yeah, I knew that one.
:(
Did you know that IKEA is actually pronounced "EE-Kay-Uh"?
No!
That's mindblowing!
Yup.
Let's hope Brian isn't here. He's suffered enough from explosions in his mind.
hah
