I have absolutely no idea
like emotionally I'm not even a mess or depressed
my hormones are prob out of wack or something…. idk

which I've slacked off on a bit this week. I did 3 miles on monday and you know what apparently now I'm too tired to do anything else

It could def be the that. When the football season ends and I don't do my normal workouts I get sleepless too
