That's good! Just don't make a habit of letting anxiety make you skip all the time. I did that. not good
Granted I was in fifth grade, but still
A part of wellness is also pushing through, and learning to work through it, though there is nothing wrong with taking a break every once in a while.

I know
I texted my group to let them know

Groovy!

Okay so this one girl's life is sorta just falling apart. Like, popular older sister she used to be really close with is distancing herself big time, her childhood friends had just publicly and intentionally emotionally destroyed her for popularity, that kinda stuff, and finds her solstice mainly in sunrises and Greek mythology. Then, she gets invited to sit with the outcasts. But the thing is, they all also have their own problems. (Alec has anxiety and depression, Maria is insecure and generally ignored unless she's the punchline, Jimmy is struggling with his sexuality in a toxic and nuclear family) Christabel (Main character) still feels like what her friends did is her fault, and is scared she'll mess up again, the seemingly goody two shoes hall monitor Tyler likes Jimmy, but Jimmy sometimes randomly acts like his isn't interested because he doesn't want to be disowned, Alec is just trying to deal with feelings in general, and Maria is trying to build up some confidence, and Jen (Christabel's older sister) is just trying to do what she thinks is best for her sister and ignore how much it hurts all set against the background of high school and the roof and park at sunrise and sunset.

It sounds wonderful (and is a big fricking mood)
