I think I know how to throw a punch, I just don't have very much power behind it. But I'm probably doing it wrong, because the last time I punched something happened to one of my fingers (I think it was out of place or something) please teach me

So what uyou need to do… Is stand with your best foot forward, keep your feet a foot and a half apart.

After that square up. Lead with your weaker hand.

To square up, raise your hands in front of your face. Not too far that you're wide open, but not too close that you can't see, or are open from a different angle.

As you draw your fist back in, inhale, and do so with the same speed as you used to throw it out…
