i just re-watched death note like last month
so iconic
it was actually the first anime i watched besides naruto
'cause i watched naruto when i was like seven

Tbh I never really watched naruto

Back to death note :P, the writing scenes were so cool!

My favorite thing about this anime was propbably the writing scenes. They're just…so…extra

My friend hasn’t finished death note

But she’s seen cosplay

She saw one of near and though L’s hair had turned white…..

I’m waiting to see when she finds out

i was so disappointed when L died
not because he died but like how he died
felt kinda weird to kill off a major character and introduce new ones so late

Yeah, if the last third had been executed better, I would be fine, but death note was better with L in my opinion

We all knew it was a matter of time before Light found a way to kill him anyway…I almost cried during that scene

i like how they killed him though
like thematically
the bells, the weird Biblical imagery, it felt weird

Yeah, also, am I the only one who couldn’t figure out who to root for? :P

okay so the first time i watched it
i couldn't stand light
but last time…i was kinda rooting for both of them

My brother and I actually had a pretty heated debate about that -_-

I was probably mostly rooting for L

Idk, I think Light was going at it the wrong way

Either way,

We can all agree the Netflix adaptation was horrible, right?
