+6 +6
16x=96

Ok that checks out. I subtracted the 6 instead of adding it at first

12x-4=10x+10?

X=7
12x−4+4=10x+10+4
12x=10x+14
12x-10x=10x+14-10x
2x=14
Divide by two

7x+14=8x+6

7𝑥+14−14=8𝑥+6−14
7𝑥=8𝑥−8
7𝑥−8𝑥=8𝑥−8−8𝑥
-x=-8
Cancel terms that are in both the numerator and denominator
Divide the numbers
X=8

7x+14=8x+6
-7x -7x
14=x+6
Subtract 6 from both sides

So

11x-2=130

11x=132 (You add the two to both sides)

x = 12 (You divide both sides by eleven to get rid of the eleven to have x by itself and simplify 132)

x+112=105
