I really like drawing but I've never done it digitally, and I want to try it. Do you know any good apps or websites that are useful and..ahem free?

if you're looking to draw on your phone/ipad(?), the app IbisPaint X is a pretty solid app, with lots of cool brushes, layering, and effects. If you're looking for something one the computer, I tend to use FireAlpaca, which is free, but you have to download it and brush types are kind of limited. The website Pixlr has a free digital component, no software necessary, but its toolset is a bit funky. Otherwise, there are several good blog posts and youtube videos about this; they go over lots of options you might have, and why/why not to use them.
You could try SketchBook. Itβs a free app with a pretty good range of brushes and nice layering. Although, it does cost money if you want to get an extension called proTools.
yeah, I started digitally on autodesk sketchbook (an app) and once I got a tad more serious I bought the procreate app which is decently cheap and I highly recommend it.
