forum Alternate character building sites and writing communities?

So this site is really great, but do you guys know of any other places like this where you can build characters and such. maybe find suggestions? Thanks!!

This is a great question, but you might want to rename it something such as, "Alternate sites for character building", because this post seems to be asking for alternate sites, but the title makes it seem like you need tips. Another site I have used is called World Anvil. It's a lot more in-depth in its pages, and similar pages to what comes with premium here for free. However, everything you create is public and you have to put up with kind of annoying ads. Plus, I don't think there's much of a community. I mostly have used it for next-level character development and creating the races in my world, but that's it. I much prefer Notebook personally, but WA is good for some things. They kind of go well in conjunction with one another though, especially if you can't afford to buy premium.
