forum Would it be reasonable?

Okey so i have a fantasy world where magical creatures live in earth hidden from the humans in what are called Sanctuaries, that are large extensions of forest that are under a spell and where the magical creatures can live without any risk. The sanctuaries are all around the world, and you can find of anything there.
The thing is that, for example, in almost every sanctuary there is Faeries or vampires or werewolves and for example all Faeries come from UK, but would it be reasonable that each colony of faeries in each sanctuary had their own little culture? because they live now in other place of the world so would it be reasonable that their costums change?

I think that makes sense. I believe that if they don't have contact to one another, they would develop different ideas, creating different lifestyles and culture in the process.
