Tonya smiled under her mask as she watched him go. Her first friend outside of the cast. She hummed as she made her way down to the purple tent, prepping her show.

Cole pushed through the crowds to get to the seats but didn’t succeed. He groaned and decided to try a different approach. Walking to the side of the crowd, he got as close to the stage as possible and waited to see his new…acquaintance.

There was a large plastic screen separating Tonya from the audience, so she could safely take off her mask. she did so, and was smiling widely. "WELCOME ONE AND ALL TO MY SHOW OF MAGIC, IMPOSSIBILITY, AND WONDER!" she exclaimed, reaching her hands out to the side, as vines full of flowers grew towards her, wrapping around her arms.

((Back! Sry 4 the wait)) Interesting - the flowers were going TOWARDS her instead if coming directly from her. Regarding the screen, she took off her mask and he was able to see her whole face; it was a bit different from what he imagined but pretty nonetheless.

a few vines started growing out of her arms as well, lifting her up into the air. "I am a child born of plants and poison. the plants know me, and i know the plants." Several flowers bloomed all over the audience. As the crowd burst into applause, the flowers formed loose crowns around the children, before detaching from the ground.

Cole claps along with the crowd, mind going a million miles per hour. She’s extremely powerful if she can both control already grown plants AND grow ones herself. But ‘plants and poison’? What did she mean? How can one be born from poison? So many questions and Tonya’s only done one thing! He chuckles as a circlet of daffodils falls onto his head - what’s the flower meaning of this one? Cole’s sure Tonya knows; he’ll ask her after the show. But for now he leans forward and waits curiously for his acquaintance’s next move.

"I'm sure many of you are wondering what I meant when I said 'of plants and poison'. Well, let me show you. What's are the most venomous or poisonous things on this world?" Tonya asked, waiting for the audience to respond.

It's like she read his mind. 'Most venomous and poisonous'… First, venom is delivered actively like a black mamba or brown recluse biting him. Poison is gained passively through eating the organism's body or pieces of it plus is acquired by the animal's specialized diet. So venomous would be the brown recluse and black widow spiders, lionfish, those tiny frogs in the Amazon, and the black mamba snake. Poison though is usually insects like certain butterflies, moths, and beetles. He longs to shout out the answers but would rather not have everyone's attention. So Cole simply waits for someone else to shout an answer first.

After someone shouts the name of a plant, another shouts the name of an animal, and a third shouts the name of a gas, all of which were extremely deadly to most creatures, Tonya smiled. Her vines grabbed a cart, pulling those three things onstage. "As surprised as I am, you guys managed to guess three out of three!" Tonya said, grabbing the plant. "Toxic to touch, poisonous to eat. Right?"

…How had she had all three on hand? Well, life is stranger than fiction. "Right!" He answers Tonya when nobody else seems willing to talk again. And hey look! Nobody's turning to stare at him! Bonus!

Tonya smiled, motioning to her bare arms. "No reaction." She popped it into her mouth, and swallowed it. then she pulled out the animal. "This is my pet! Fillian, say hi." The Malo Kingi Box Jellyfish was swimming in a clear tank. Tonya patted the top of the jellyfish's head. "This part isn't dangerous. This part, however.." She tapped Fillian twice, and the jellyfish flipped over and wrapped it's tentacles around tonya's arm. She waited for the gasps to stop.

Oh wow. Cole gasps along with the crowd. How can she do that? What is the extent of her powers? How long was this show going to be? He had so many questions and want the answers now.

Tonya smiled widely. "Yes, if i were a normal person, I'd probably already be dead. Fillian can only be handled by me. Last but not least, the gas. what type of gas is this? nitrogen dioxide. The most toxic gas known to man." Tonya said, then she waved her and, and a large thorn impaled the can, before dropping it. The glass divider started to fog up.

((Sry for the wait!)) It took about ten seconds for the glass divider to be completely covered. Cole cranes his neck to try searching for Tonya through the thick fog. The crowd chatters about the show so far all around him. Several minutes pass before something then happens…

Tonya shouted out, the fog still thick. "You may not believe me. So does anyone want to take a chance, step in here, and probably die?" She waited for a second. "I'm joking, nobody's aloud in here. But there are several flies and mosquitoes that decided to fly in here as I was coming in. They are undoubtedly dead on the floor." She said, in a playful manner. She was definitely still alive. She was at the glass now, barely visible.

Gasps erupted from the crowd as her faint silhouette appears. Cole can certainly believe it. Now he's curious on what she'll show next. She's already show the 'plants and poisons' part. Maybe he could help this along… "How did you get those abilities?!"

"Get? Oh, I was born with them, dear. Some may say cursed, while others may say blessed. For me, a bit of both." Tonya said, before disappearing again and using vines to create silhouettes. a human couple, holding hands, a small baby bump on the female. They slowly changed, the woman getting sick as the father grew worried. Then there was just a baby and a father, the father unable to hold the child. "Early on, I was shunned, kept secret, unable to touch, be near, or even see anyone else. you see, my mother wanted to have me, very bad, but couldn't. So she went to visit a special doctor. One that agreed to help her, in exchange for powers to be giving to her child. She thought it was a wonderful exchange, and agreed. The doctor treated her, and eventually, they had me. My "powers" killed her. But I grew, learned to control them" the vines continued along with her story.

Huh. That's odd. Where did the doctor get the powers from? Was it their own or- wait this is just like the plot of Frozen. Thoughts racing a mile a minute, Cole held back a snicker and waited for Tonya to continue her backstory. How did she learn to control them? Was she self-taught or did her father find her a tutor? So many questions!

"My father hid me away. He couldn't be near me without getting sick, he couldn't touch me without passing out. He hated me for hurting my mother, and loved me, because I looked like her. Except with green skin. Once I could hold things, and crawl around, he stopped being near me, afraid of me. He'd drop off meals, get me toys and books, and talked to me through the door, but he didn't come within fifteen feet of me anymore. He couldn't risk it."
