Paige finally decided to get up and when she moved out of the cart she realised that the captain guard and sorcerer were there to meet them. Nodding a greeting to them both she set off.

Tsunami jumped though the trees of the forest, skidding to a stop a few meters from the group and kicking up a bit of dust in the process. She looked back at the forest, panting slightly as Riverpaw came running out a few moments later. The tiny pup sat in front of Tsunami, sliding to the ground as she tried catch her breath. She glared up at Tsunami and yipped, complaining some about the bigger wolf cheating somehow, then shifted into her human form, her quiver and bow on her back. Tsunami leaned down and nudged at her head, giving a playful smile. Riverpaw turned to the group and waved.

"Let's go, wolves." Haskel said, taking up the reins as the group assembled (even the ones not on.), and got in.

Tsunami put her paws forward, arching her back in a stretch, then dropped to the ground so Riverpaw could climb on. Once she did, she adjusted the bags she had packed onto Tsunami's back to make sure they weren't in her way but still secure.

Paige returned to the group with a warm loaf of bread in her hand from which was eating hungrily, she preferred her own coming but this will have to do for now.

"Alright everyone." Haskel called, taking the reins and commanding the horses at a steady pace as they travelled the road, into the forest.

(No, but it's OK, Haskel knows the way because he was there once to see the Sorcerer.)
"I've been." Haskel said.

@TinyAncientOne

"Try to not get us lost." Paige said. She hoped they made it to stormhaven in one piece with little to no attacks.
She was still trying to figure out his excessive curiousity with the wolves since yesterday.

"Two days." Haskel huffed, summoning a demon to keep watch.

Nodding, she moved towards the door and sung herself out. Climbing along the side of the moving cart and then laying across the roof. Much better, she thought to herself, she hated confined spaces sometimes and thankfully she was light enough that this whole thing won't collapse.

Riverpaw whistled in response to the birds singing in the trees they passed by. A few of them came down and landed on Tsunami to talk to the girl, much to the White Wolf's dismay.

Haskel continued to work the reins. He navigated the road, and took a turn, a river ran through, with a wooden bridge for crossing. The horses stepped up nervously, crossing quickly.

"About like this, til' we reach the mountain." Haskel said. Suddenly two men rode by them, headed towards the village. An elf in leather-studded armor with a bow and quiver strewn across his back, and a dwarf in plated mail armor, with an axe set on his back. Both on warhorses. Haskel read their minds, searching for malevolent intent, but they were told by one of the merchants who'd been there at Soulwood earlier, and rode to check it out.

@TinyAncientOne

Paige was suddenly alert as the two warhorses quickly rode past the cart. They seemed to be heading towards their village which only made her more alert. "What's happening?" She questioned keeping her voice calm.

@TinyAncientOne

"And you always seem to have the answers," Paige said sitting up on the roof.
And this is the second time he has answered to my thoughts which left her to wonder the possibilities of his powers.
Of all of their powers, they lacked a lot of knowledge in eachother abilities and limits.

Haskel continued to work the reins, and they stumbled upon a small settlement, not an hour from the village. It consisted of three houses, a stable, a farm and a shop.

@TinyAncientOne

Paige watched the small settlement they had stumbled upon from her position on the roof, she was trying to see who the residents could be.
