"Huh." She said, nodding. "Well, I'm not sure who else is supposed to be in it, but I do wish you luck."
"Huh." She said, nodding. "Well, I'm not sure who else is supposed to be in it, but I do wish you luck."
"Well, a daughter of a hunter is one of them, so priesty might try and recruit you." Cas shrugged. "Figured I should let you know."
"Thanks for letting me know." Annalise said, nodding.
"Mhmm. He's still trying to recruit the blacksmith guy, so I dunno when he's coming over."
Annalise nodded. "Stubborn, then?"
"Seems to be." Cas hummed, looking back at the workshop. "I've got nothing to lose, so why not, am I right?"
"Suppose you have a point." She said. "Though, you could argue you have your life to loose."
((Mom friend mode has been activated))
Cas shrugged again. "Like I said, nothing to lose."
(cries in English)
Annalise bit her lip, not knowing what to say.
"Although I suppose the cats would miss me, dunno who else would. Priesty said we could get revived if we die, though." Cas seemed pretty relaxed despite how little he cared about his own life.
"You get revived? How?" She asked, tilting her head. A few strands of black hair fell in her face.
"Uh… magic, probably. I don't know all the details." Cas ran his fingers through his hair.
"Fair enough." She said.
"This place is awful during rush hour…" Cas looked around. "At least if you're short like me."
"Oh, it's awful in general." She said. "Have you ever tried to get through the crowd with a bow and carrying a basket with your stuff and what you caught?"
"I feel like people would get out of your way if you're carrying a giant bloody animal and a weapon." Cas snickered a bit. "Like, 'fuckin' try me, I'm armed! Look what I just did to this deer!'"
Annalise laughed. "Oh, I don't take the larger animals through town. I just have some birds and small animals." She said casually. "But the bow will get caught on every thing."
"Makes sense. Ever like, knocked a child down with your bow or something?" Cas asked, his smile lingering.
"More than once." She admitted.
"I'd be the child getting knocked down, honestly. Everyone keeps asking where my parents are and I'm like, Fuck off! I'm basically an adult!"
Annalise nodded, honestly doubting that claim.
"I mean, either way I'm my own guardian, sooo…" Cas put one hand on his hip.
"No armor, or weapons. But you would certainly be a useful Warrior. Should you decide to come we would reward you handsomely. Any magical items you acquire you will be able to keep, you will gain twenty inkrits up front and a sod after to do with what you will."
(How much is a “sod” when it comes to land? Is it like an acre or something like that?)
(Bump?)
