Danny looks around surprised, and against his own reasoning, puts his Scythe away in a cloud of black smoke and sits down next to Paisley. So uh… what's a lockdown and why are we in one? Sorry, I'm homeschooled and I don't really go to schools often. Also, can you help me get to the principal's office once this lockdown is done or something?
She sighs. "So a lockdown is a procedure for when there is a shooter or some other thing that is harmful to the students, not a fire or an earthquake. It is to keep the students safe if there is a shooter or something. No one is ever completely sure why there is a lockdown, but no one asks questions and we just try to stay calm and safe. I can help you get to the office… if everyone is ok and stuff"
I notice that you breathing a little roughly and walk over to you. "Hey, did anyone notice that the principal sounded a little, you know, weird"
Paisley looks up. "Yeah, I did, I hope he's ok. Not that he's a good principal, but he is better than a lot of the principals in the past."
Yeah, that's probably because he's fighting his own demon. Danny says very nonchalantly. So when will this shooter or something be done? I've got things to do. He checks an old wristwatch on his wrist.
"Well… wait what? Demons?!"
Yeah. Didn't I say I had a demon to fight?
"Be quiet Avery! The shooter will probably come to this room first now!" She whisper-yelled
Anyways do ya'll wanna help me? We just have to get in there and wham bam boom that demon will be back in Hell. He stands up and summons his Scythe again. I don't care much for guns. They sting a little, then I make them vanish. Magic!
"Uhm, well you can go I guess, but I'm not. I would much rather not die today. The principal's office is down the hall to the left then another left. Bu-bye"
Don't worry! I'll protect you! I'm very good at protecting people. Plus, it will be so much fun!
"No thanks, sis. I think we will be just fine."
Too bad! Danny teleports himself and the other two adventurers outside the door in a poof of black smoke. You said left and then left again?
"Um y-yeah. I'm definitely getting suspended for this…"
Don't worry! You're principal might be out of commission for a bit. Let's go! Danny leads the team with some directional help while whistling "We're off to see the Wizard! The wonderful Wizard of Oz!" Finally, he stops at a door with a big "Principal's Office" sign above it and lots of noise coming from it. I'm assuming this is one.
She takes a deep breath. "Yes… yes that's the one…"
Ok, I'm going to count to three and then the door will vanish. I don't know how much trouble your principal is going to be in, so I might need some help… holding him down or something. Ok. One… two… three! He waves his Scythe over the door and it disappears in a poof of black smoke to reveal a messy scene. The principal is nowhere to be found though.
"Why would I need to hol- WHAT HAPPENED HERE! Oh no, the shooters took the principal and killed him and now everyone is going to die and be stuck and-"
Nah, there's no shooter. The demon must have taken control and escaped. I hope he's a dumb demon because I'm not about to go on a wild goose chase. Come on, he can't be out of the building yet. Danny disappears in a poof of black smoke. There's no sign of him until he appears on the other end of the hallway yelling a screaming with his Scythe waving in the air. I FOUND HIM!! COME ON!! ARGHHHH!! He screams again and disappears around the corner.
"Um…that's not good," I mutter.
The two get thrown by a cloud of black smoke right behind Danny, who has his Scythe at the throat of the principal, who's not really the principal. The thing is in the principal's clothes and looks like the principal, but has a red hue to its skin, and gnarly black horns on its head. It snarls and growls at them but does not get up. Ok, I've got it under control, but I need you two to hold him down or else I might kill your principal too.
"O-ok..?" She does what she was told. She goes next to the principal and motions for Avery to come help her.
I whimper and run over to the other side of the principal. "Okay…"
She proceeds to shove the principal to the ground and hold him down. "Is that good?"
