"Nope. Not there yet, buddy," she said, laughing and taking a step back. "You are a prisoner, after all."

Rewis crossed his arms with a tisk of his tongue. “Why not? You look like someone who would like a hug.”
"Looks like you were wrong," she said. Amber then turned to the rest of the group. "Anyway, who's ready to get this show on the road?"
Rewis crossed his arms grumpily and sauntered closer, but still standing off away from the others.
Meira watched the exchange quietly, amusement danced in her onyx eyes. "I'm certainly ready." She shook her head, turning to the cart that had a large cage on it. "This is your new home." She said to the wizard, tapping the bars so they clanked in the morning fog. "In you get."
Teddy twitched his fingers, his magic opening up the door for Rewis. "There ya go!" He said cheerfully, still holding open the door for him.
Amber saw Teddy use his magic so easily, and felt bitterness start to creep in. She couldn't do that, and she never could. With a look of discomfort, she turned away from everyone, fingers digging into her palms, but she stayed silent.
Rewis threw fingerguns to the pair of guards. “Nah, man, nah.”
Meira frowned at the wizard. "You don't get a choice, spell slinger. Get. In. Or else we'll make you." She gestured again towards the open cage. She wasn't exactly sure how to feel about the man before her. He didn't look, or feel, like a psychotic killer.
