Lyra shrugged apologetically, reaching over to touch a piece of inscribed metal hanging on the wall. Even though she loved this lace, she hadn't been able to visit in forever and a half. Alina's kept her on land all the time. She hadn't realized how badly she missed this place. "Well, that's my only rule. If any doors are locked you can yell for me and I'll open them and stuff."
Nykidia shook she head. "That's fine. Your privacy is yours. Don't worry about it."
(Heads up. I'm going to go to bed. Goodnight.)
(Me too. Sleep well.)
Lyra shook her head. "Oh, it's not a problem! I locked the doors to keep out… people I don't like. But I like you a lot, so it's fine if you wanna look around. More than fine really. I've never gotten to show of all this crap before, so… I'd like to brag about it to you."
Nykidia laughed at that. She found it funny how people like to brag over marital objects. She liked to brag about people. She swam around looking for little trinkets.
Lyra walked around her home cheerily, ghosting fingers over things she barely remembered finding. Maybe she could take some time off work and organize her house. Refamiliarize herself with all the things she had laying around. Maybe she could scavenge for more. She hadn't been underwater in a while, and her stash could always get bigger.
Goodnight RP. Goodbye @orthywood! I will miss this.
