(Erica?)
Yesim chuckled, glancing at him for a moment before kissing his cheek again. "You are none of those things." She started. "You are so amazing, kind, responsible, respectful, and just…amazing." She said, the smile still on her face. "You better not say anything bad about yourself, or else…"
(AH! Sorry bout that!! Another character’s name. My brain be doing the death)
Victor was starting to really love Yesim’s soft affections; they filled him with warmth and joy. “Ah, so I cant tell you that it’s all a front to hide my true, ugly self?” He teased. This time his words were just a pure joke. He knew the only ugly self he had was the side of him that hung onto his trauma. “Alright, I’ll make you a deal: give me one more kiss on the cheek and I’ll think about not putting myself down.” He grinned cheekily, standing up a little taller.
(It's fine! And go get some sleep or rest!)
Yesim rolled her eyes playfully before standing on her toes just a bit to kiss him, not his cheek. She couldn't help with the smile that had appeared on her face. "I'll give you more than one kiss if it means you'll stop putting yourself down," she mumbled after she had parted from his lips just an inch.
(Haha I’m resting all this week. It’s my spring break. I needed this badly.)
Victor bent down a little to help her but froze when their lips met. It sent sparks down his spine and made his fingers numb. He grinned rather stupidly at her as she spoke, gently wrapping an arm around her waist. “I think we have a deal then, Yesim. I’ll do my best.”
(That's good! And try to get a good amount of sleep everyday)
Yesim blushed a bit at the arm around her waist. "You better," she said with a laugh. "Damn, you just got ten times prettier up close…" She mumbled, not realizing she had said it out loud.
(Haha I’m trying to do better!)
“Oh I will.” His lips turned up into a smirk. “You’re not too bad looking yourself, Yesim. Much more beautiful up close.”
(At least you're trying, most people don't try, lol)
Yesim snapped out of her thought and became flustered after she realized she had said it out loud. "I didn't mean to say that out loud–and thank you."
(Oof that do be true ahaha 😂)
“You’re welcome to voice your thoughts anytime around me. I kind of like it~” he teased, pressing his lips against her cheek in a light kiss.
His hand slipped away from her waist as the elevator opened, revealing a few puzzled workers dressed in their best attire. It wasn’t surprising to see a few half-Majiks with their features on full display from rails to rough patches of scales and fur.
(lol yea. Prime example: me)
Yesim glanced at Victor when his hand slipped form her and realized why when the elevator opened. She smiled brightly at the other Majiks, stepping out of the elevator before the doors closed on them. She wasn't particularly sure as to where Victor was taking her, and she was rather curious about it.
(Ahaha that’s a mooooood)
He flashed her a sheepish grin, adjusting his tie with a sigh. “Why don’t we go to that Italian place downtown? I love their wine.”
Yesim nodded in response, a soft smile on her face. "You're going to pick where we're going, not me." She smiled at him. "Surprise me."
Victor chewed on the inside of his cheek, humming softly as he thought. That soft hum seemed to be a habit of his. “A surprise… I think I’ll do just that.” He smiled down at her, offering his hand as he led her through the main doors.
Yesim chuckled and took his hand, squeezing it a bit with a smile on her face. She had never felt this happy before, and she was glad she got to experience this.
(Sorry it's kind of short)
(You’re alright!)
Victor led her to his work vehicle, a fancy sports car gifted to him by an aunt. He would have preferred a more casual car but had enough manners to accept the gift.He hardly ever drove it.
“I’ll drive us down.”
Yesim glanced at the car and looked a bit surprised. "It's so cool," she muttered under her breath, looking at the car in awe.
He made a face at it, opening the door to the passenger seat for Yesim. “It’s alright. It’s much too flashy for my tastes. And yet my father and aunt insist that I show off my status.”
Yesim chuckled softly. "Of course they said that, that's what they always say." She thanked Victor before getting in the car and putting on her seat belt.
(Sorry about that! School had gotten cancelled because of the virus and everything is confusing!)
(It’s alright, mine was canceled too. It’s hectic right now)
He smiled at her and laughed gently, climbing into the front seat. He buckled but didn’t start the car quite yet. “I have two places in mind. I’m just trying to decide which I like best.”
(Oof, samee)
"Flip a coin, you'll pick before it lands," Yesim said, smiling softly at him. "It's psychology."
He laughed gently at the tip, pulling a coin from his wallet. He grinned and offered it to her. “Would you do the honors, lovely Yesim?”
Yesim flushed a bit at the name and took the coin. "Gladly." She put the coin on her thumb, her index finger under neath it, ready to flip it. "Heads or Tails, darling?"
(Why are they so cute????)
“Tails.” He grinned wider, watching the coin with excitement. His two choices were quite different. One was extravagant, elegant, perfect for a man of his status. The other was quiet and humble, a nice place to relax and just talk.
Yesim nodded and flipped the coin, holding her hand out and waiting for the coin to fall into her hand. She closed her hand when the coin fell, glancing at Victor. "Do you want to switch to heads or stick with your choice?"
“I’d love to stick. Now, was it heads or tails?” He asked with a chuckle, drumming his fingers against the steering wheel.
Yesim opened her hand and glanced at the coin. "Heads." She glanced at Victor and became mesmerized by his beauty for a second. HOW IS HE SO PRETTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
