Sousha sniffled and listened to the hums, stirring against him when he spoke, looking up at him with his puffy eyes. "Yeah. I can eat." He set his head back down, rubbing his eyes slowly with another sad sniffle.
Sousha sniffled and listened to the hums, stirring against him when he spoke, looking up at him with his puffy eyes. "Yeah. I can eat." He set his head back down, rubbing his eyes slowly with another sad sniffle.
Eclipse hummed softly, "Hey…. you sure you're okay?" He asked softly. Hugging him tightly again as he studied the other. "Also what should I make for breakfast?"
Sousha sniffed and nodded, tilting his head down so Eclipse couldn't study his face. "I don't know. Whatever you'd like, I guess. I'd offer we go out, but I don't have any money."
Eclipse shrugged, "If you know a good spot I'm willing to pay if you'd like?" He said softly, brushing the other's hair again. Hoo boy…. I think I'm in love… he thought.
Sousha rubbed his nose gently with a finger, shaking his head. "I don't know any good places. I was hoping you knew some." He glanced up at the other.
Eclipse hummed, "I know a few recipes," he said softly, watching him. "Which do you prefer, Eggs, or pancakes?" He asked softly.
Sousha gazed up at him cutely, blinking a couple times. "I'd like pancakes. Do you have any bacon?" He moved closer, letting the blankets fall away.
Eclipse smiled, "Of course…" he said softly. Before standing, taking the other with him as he moved to the kitchen, setting him on the counter as he went to the fridge to get out the things he needed.
Sousha curled his legs up onto the counter and watched Eclipse move around the kitchen, hugging his legs. "How are you gonna get the bacon? I didn't see any in there when I was here yesterday."
Eclipse hummed, goino into the freezer and pulling out a package. "I bought it in bulk when there was a sale about a week ago" he said, pulling out a pan and a bowl next.
"Oooh." He watched Eclipse crack some eggs and pour some sugar and flour. "This is nice. Thank you for saving me." He knew he already said it, but it was important to him.
Eclipse nodded, "What idiot would leave someone to those creeps?" He asked, laying the bacon in the pan before going back to the batter. Carefully he poured in some milk, and more flour.
Sousha giggled softly and covered his cheeks bashfully, tilting his head forward as he watched Eclipse mix, taken aback by the movement of his savior's muscles. "I dunno. I-I don't think you're an idiot," He cooed innocently, blinking slowly.
Eclipse hummed softly, mixing the batter a bit faster as he added a bit more flour. Finally when he deemed it fully mixed he grabbed a bag full of chocolate chips. "You like chocolate?" He asked the other.
Sousha watched him mix, his mouth half-open. "Yeah, yea, I like chocolate." He nodded, his gaze traveling slowly down Eclipse, then jerking it back up to stare at Eclipse's face.
Eclipse hummed softly, nodding as he dumpedid in some chocplate chips then moved to flip the bacon. As he moved some of the wrinkles in his clothing became more obvious, making it clear he hadn't bothered to change since yesterday. His dark howdy seemed to bringo out the silver in his hair as his dark jeans hugged his hips.
Sousha curled his hands into his lap and hugged his legs, burrowing his face away. He tried to control his thoughts about the other, just concluding it was because he saved his life two times. He was just thankful not attracted to him. When he recovered in the neck, he could go home and be safe, and never see America ever again.
Eclipse hummed as the other hid his face. He didn't bother saying anything, figuring the other was just thinking, or shy. Carefully he flipped the bacon again as he grabbey another pan and greased it for pancakes.
Sousha watched through his fingers, sniffing the air happily as the bacon started its cooking. "That smells… smells really good." He giggled softly at his comment, like a little school girl. He didn't even know what he found so funny.
Eclipse smiled, "Glad it does Sousha" he said softly, before pouring the pancake batter, and sprinkling more chocolate chips on top.
Sousha giggled softly but soon lapsed into silence. "Am I being annoying?" He asked after a bit of silence, looking up at him again.
"No, of course not!" he said, turning around to look at him, "If anything you're being absolutely adorable." he said softly, before turning around to flip the pancakes. Within the next fifteen minutes he had a small stack going. "Any chance you might be willing to help out? I have strawberries in the fridge you could slice up."
"Oh, thank you." He giggled softly and his cheeks turned red. He watched the flips and just the flips carefully, his hands still covering his face.
"Help? Oh, sure!" He hopped down and got out the carton of strawberries, and located a knife to use to slice them up.
Eclipse smiled, watching him for a moment as he slipped the bacon out of the pan and onto a plate, then finishing up the last few pancakes. Once those were done he moved them to his small kitchen table, which was over by the window on the far wall. Next he grabbed plates, and maple syrup and set those on the tabel.
Sousha scooped some strawberries on a small plate and set it down on the table next to the window and went off to clean up the red mess. He plucked up leaves and wiped down the juice before it stained the counter.
