"A werewolf? So… so am I the only human here? Is that why those people were fighting? And why they call you alpha?" His questions finally broke the dam and came flooding out, but he gave enough space between them for the other to hear.
"A werewolf? So… so am I the only human here? Is that why those people were fighting? And why they call you alpha?" His questions finally broke the dam and came flooding out, but he gave enough space between them for the other to hear.
Eclipse nodded, grateful for the fact that the other hadn't flipped out. "Yes," He said, "You are the only human here, and yes that's why the other's call me Alpha, because I'm the leader." He said, "though the pair this morning were fighting simply because they don't like each other very much…"
"Oh. Um…" He set his chin down and snuggled closer. "I don't care. I like it here. Everyone is very nice, and you care about me a lot. So I'll stay with you until my trip is over. Then I'd have to go home, but… We can still talk and stuff, right?"
Eclipse literally started grinning, hugging him. "Of course!" He said happily, kissing his forehead again, relaxing at the other's words. That could not have gone better…. he thought happiy.
Sousha giggled softly and smiled warmly at the other. "I'd love to stay here with you forever, Eclipse, but… I can't."
Eclipse nodded, "I understand.." He said softly, knowing full well he wouldn't let the other leave without trying to find a way for him to stay.
(Oh, yea, I understand you can't leave therefore, you will not.)
Sousha relaxed against him again with the tiniest of saddest of sighs. "I don't wanna leave you, either. I wanna stay. Like, really bad. I just met you and I feel like leaving would spark so much confusion and…"
Eclipse placed a hand on the other's cheek, caressing his face. "It'll be alright." He said softly."Who knows, maybe we can find a way for you to stay?"
Sousha blinked a couple times, inhaling shakily and nodding with his hopes. "Yeah, maybe I can," He cooed softly back, raising his big eyes to gaze at him.
Eclipse smiled, hugging him, bringing him further into his grasp. "You're so sweet" He said happily, snuggling the other.
Sousha giggled softly, wrinkling his nose happily. "Thank you. Your compliments make me so happy," He hummed happily.
Eclipse smiled, "that's good to hear Sousha.." He said softly, smiling as he continued tracing the other's features, admiring them.
Sousha shut his eyes with a happy noise, moving his face with the other's finger. "Eclipse… I'm hungry. Like… really hungry. I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier, I got a bit distracted."
Eclipse nodded, 'Alright" He murmured, moving to get up, taking Sousha with him. "How do you feel about chicken nuggets?" He asked, head ing for the kitchen.
Sousha clung to him as he moved, looking around. He felt big and tall. He giggled softly, smiling happily. "I love chicken nuggets!"
Eclipse smiled, setting him down on the counter as he grabbed a pan and dumped chicken nuggets on it. "Good he said," quickly shoving it in the oven with a timer.
(Bump? If my replies are getting too short, (which I have been trying to lengthen, please just let me know!)
(oh lmao no I'm just not sure what to do. Do you wanna skip or something?)
(We can skip if you want, tho I'm not sure where we would skip to.)
(idk maybe a couple weeks?)
(We can do that, uhm…. would you mind starting? Otherwise the start off reply will be super short….)
It had been a few months after Sousha had been saved. He had recovered well and also bonded rather close to his werewolf… friend?
He had learned that he was the only human around for ages. He didn't know what to think of it, but he felt safe nevertheless with Eclipse at his side. But his trip was over very soon. He alerted Eclipse and now more than ever he didn't want to leave. He might be missing in the city and called dead for all he knew. But he had to go home, right? Or was this place his new home?
Eclipse knew that Sousha would have to leave soon, as much as he wanted to keep the other with him. Sure he might be the only human in the entire building, and the next few blocks around if you didnt count the thugs. But he didn't bother letting himself think about that, instead worrying more about the paperwork Mark had given him. He had been forced to work up a cover story with the police thanks to the hunter incident, and now he feared that the Hunters may try to track down the entire pack. Because where there was one Alpha, there were always more to follow.
And it was a Sunday morning when Sousha stirred in the bed he shared with the werewolf. He was alone, but Eclipse's side was still warm. He stood up slowly and shuffled out of the bedroom, rubbing the side of his head with a soft noise. He was groggy and tired. He found it hard to fall asleep last night, knowing it was going to be his last one with his great person that he found.
"Eclipse?" He asked softly, still walking around comfortably through the apartment.
Eclipse was at the kitchen counter with a few binders and a couple stacks of paperwork. Letting his head down to rest on the counter for a moment, he was soon back at it, writing stuff down, organizing, and filing it. When he heard his name called he let of out a soft him, "In here Sousha" he called softly, not bothering to look up as he searched a binder for something, muttering something about paperwork, and pack, and too much, and tedious.
