"Ah. Thank you." Kaltain smiled at the fox before circling the area. "I know this area well" she gestured to the spot circled. "Folume is a small elven village between the mountains. A little ways from the base" She blew gently on the map and a layer of sand dissipated from the surface, revealing marked paths and circled areas. "We go east through Faevayla. This will be the easiest path" She said, nodding at the others and rolling the map back up, slipping it in the pocket it came from
"Exellent. Then let us be off!" Raiki declares, and begins to walk forward on the decided path with an excited grin. An adventure has begun, with 2 new companions, possibly friends. It would be an interesting few days.
Carmen softly nudged the horse forward, nodding in agreement. Excitement for her, too, had begun to boil beneath the surface, threatening to spill out. She still didn't remember the names of her two companions, but that was okay… maybe she'd learn them in passing… and anyways, if she never spoke, it could be easy enough to get along well enough.
Folume, huh? She wasn't familiar with the name. But she was familiar with Faevayla. It was a popular setting for fantasy books, both in past and future, and a kingdom she'd grown to know throughout the years—despite having never read any non-fiction content about the place—the last book she'd read set in Faevayla had been years ago, so her "knowledge" was lacking. Either way, she was eager to discover the Faevayla of the present!
Kaltain began eastward with the others, appearing uneasy.
