Crap! I'll have to go with the first one! He already spoke! Harper took a deep breath. "Hi, uh, could I… could I…" she trailed off, taking another breath to start over. "Sorry, what I meant to say was… do you travel?" she ended up saying, not even making the conscious choice to say it. The words were out before she could even think about it.
Adrian blushes a little “yeah, um.. my name is Adrian.” he held out the hand he was tapping his side out earlier “what’s yours “ that wasn’t awkward at all he thought sarcastically “why do you ask” he spoke still a little bit flustered
"…Harper," she answered. Shoot shoot shoot this isn't going to be super awkward, right? Also, why is he blushing?? she thought to herself. She took yet another deep breath and started, "Could I… perhaps, maybe travel with you? I swear, I won't get in your way…"
“Oh, um um” he stuttered he quickly thought to himself answer quick before you look like an idiot “ yes! Um that would be great!” he thought to himself crap! You must have looked like a blundering moron “are you all packed”. He asked “ I already have most of the provisions so I was just going to get a drink at the local tavern if you would like to come along.” He asked hopefully please say yes he thought to himself again

"Well… I thought it was a bit obvious, since I do have a backpack slung over a shoulder and well, uh, have this giant thing that I'm taking as well," Harper awkwardly gestured to her harp. It didn't look much like a harp, though, since she had already put its case on.

“I’ve got one more griffin egg! They’re pretty cheap! Get them before they’re gone!,” Sylvia yelled. She had sold 4 of them and needed to sell one more before getting out of town. A man came up to her and chattered to her about the griffin egg. After finally coming to an agreement, she traded the egg for 5 pieces of gold. She looked inside to make sure they were actually real and sure they were. To bad the egg wasn’t.
He looked over at the trader and looked and at the eggs he dismissed it and looked back at Harper “I can carry anything if you need me too”
"Ah, I'm fine. Thanks for offering though," Harper replied, smiling a little bit. She did wander over to Sylvia, interested A griffin, huh? That'd been interesting. "Hi Sylvia…" she began. (Remember, this is a small town, so… it'd make sense that Harper knows Sylvia. However, she doesn't necessarily know about Sylvia's powers.) "Do those actually hatch real griffins?"
“Why hello there Harper!,” Sylvia replied. She waited for the people she traded with to go away before saying in a quieter voice, “those aren’t actual griffin eggs, they’re more like chicken eggs to be exact. Those pebble brained suckers don’t even know what a griffin egg looks like! Well neither do I, but that’s not the point. Anyway, how’s life going for ya?”
"Ahh, I see now," Harper said slowly. She lowered her voice before saying, "Nice trading skills." Then in her regular voice, she continued, "Life's been good. I'm thinking of traveling, leaving town even. Care to join?
“Why thank you,” Sylvia said, before replying with, “sure, why not. I’ll join. That’ll mean more people to sell my goods to! When are we going? And where are we headed to first?”
“ I’m thinking we leave in a hour and head to breadon it will take a few days to get there.” He spoke again with a more nervous tone “I was going to go to the bar if you two want to come?” He seemed to direct this more to Harper than Silvia though
"Okay, sure, that sounds good," Harper gave a small nod, and started heading in the general direction of the bar. "But… I don't drink, just so you know."
“That’s fine they should have non alcoholic drinks” he was delighted that she said yes and he started walking in the general direction as well
