@ShadeStar
(Also why would they be worried about a storm?)
Cicada ran to the first house. She snuck in and killed the noblemen in his sleep. She didn't like this kind of dirty work, but it needed to be done.

"The neighbors are talking about what the hell just happened next door, we should probably scram," Houston informed them, his crystal eye clearing.
(Goldie he put his crystal in his eye so he can 'see' what other people are saying. Kinda psychic but not.)
(Wait so should I just pretend I got a different animal since I don't have a pet yet?)
(Nope, maybe I should just say no pets. BECUASE IT'S DISTRACTING EVERYONE FROM THE MAIN GOAL!)
(Can I have my crystal in the pommel of my sword?)
(Yeah that works.)
(And I don't know what y'all are doing, but Cicada's doing her job.)
(sorry shade)
"I'll get the second one," Houston offered, cocking his blunderbuss and entering the silent house. They heard a bang, and then a dog barking as Houston ran out the door, eyes (crystal and all) wide.
"SH*T, THEY HAVE A DOG! THE NEIGHBORS ARE ONTO US TERRIBLY! AH, GOOD HOOT, RUN!" Houston yelled. "AND DON'T YOU DARE SHOOT THE DOG!"
(Lol)
"Ok, are we done here then?" Adira asked, checking around. The pets were escaping, the street was in panic… yep, looks good.
(can you write about other peoples characters?)
In that moment, Josie had nothing to do but facepalm and walk to Zoe and his captain.
"How's it looking so far?"
Cicada scowled, "Houston."
She needed to get the rest of the, quickly. Curse that blundering rookie. She moved quickly onto the third target, then the fourth, and the fifth. She took out at least half the targets on her own.
(not without their permission, absolutely not.)
(No, each character and their actions are controlled by the person who is roleplaying them, I think.)
(Ok, just trying to get a feel for the rules of all this)
(Yep. All major plot points should be run by me. Cough Rumple Cough)
Meanwhile, Adira was moving with her dagger as if she had lived with it all her life, which she probably had.
Meanwhile, Houston was cornered by the dog.
"Nice doggie. Good doggie. Good girl. Or boy. Or whatever the heck you are, little menace. No, I didn't kill your owner, nope, not at all…it was, uh, lightning. Yeah."
The dog leapt. "AH, GOOD LORD, SEE THIS IS WHY I LIKE REPTILES!" And Houston ran off the wall, crashing into Josie, who was running after Zoe, who was after Cicada.
"What do you want?" Josie asked, skidding to a stop.
"THE DOG, THE MEAT-EATING DOG!" Hou clung to Josie's leg.
Josiah turned around and punched the dog in the snout just as it was about to bite his leg. "Get a move on, kid."
(ok, so can I pop out on your guy's way back to the ship and ask for a job, one of them says I'm not good, duel, I win but don't hurt and join the team?
(sorry shade some might call me reckless but I call it uh taking away the bars
which is probably not the best thing to do)
(Wait Shade can I be co owner for when you're not on?)
Houston was causing a wreck. "Hey, rookie! I've got this… you… just do something else!" Adira tried cooing the dog away, and she was successful. But what was she suppose to do with a dog??
(Oh yes you can Line. I trust you enough.
Also Rumple, it is not a good thing to do. Cicada is going to murder Houston when she gets back.)
Frantically, she turned to meet a very fit young man who looked about in his twenties. Dropping the dog at his feet, she awkwardly ran toward the others.
(Guys
no more pets
including dogs
lets just focus on our mission then get out)
(Cicada is not the only one)
