Xara’s question was somewhat answered. Laying on the ground was a letter signed by General Indas, the ‘betrayer’ of the kingdom.
(Oof, yeah true. Despite the original series though, Capricorn’s my favorite in Lost Canvas, like… what a character development)
“Yes and that’s an extension to your bow per say. There’s a slot behind it where you can insert your bow. I know, it doesn’t look the best but you know, not everything’s as you want in the world” the man at the end of the table shrugged.
(Can I get a brief description of the suit? Por favor?)
Xara looked down and picked up the letter, turning it over before tucking it into her pocket. "Alright, then, I suppose," she muttered.
(Thank you.)
"Have you ever done archery before? Or even held a bow for that matter?" Cat looked at the man again. "Like I get that idea is that I'm gonna be on the battlefield and I need a bit of protection. However, if you want me to actually fight back, this ain't gonna work. And here is why, that mask, when firing a bow it is imperative to know, not only your target but what is behind it. My peripheral vision is all screwed up by the mask. That metal on the torso is going to decrees my ability to move. And that is important for firing a bow, I have to be able to bend in all directions, turn and move fast. The shoulder pieces need to go altogether. I need full mobility for my arms in order to get full draw back. And those are just the things I can see. Depending on it's weight it will also mess me up. I need to be in something light so that I can go for a long time." She walked over and picked up the bow. "What's the draw back weight to this?"
Syzen blinked a couple of times.
“You might want try the suit on first before judging it, pretty sure I thought a lot of it through. Also, it’s 30lbs” he suggested and answered for that matter.
“Draco, a knight of the kingdom of Selas here to accompany you on your trip to General Syzen” their voice was tense and deep which fit their appearance. The helm was lowered and the white haired young man inside was revealed.
“Please don’t forget anything important, it’d be bad if any of us had to come get it”
Lata squinted at him a moment before taking a step back towards her house. "Anything specific I gotta bring?" she asked, voice seeming a bit less on edge than before. She had most of her things set to go anyways, but if there was no point in taking half her closet, then she'd have to start over.
Syzen blinked a couple of times.

Cat nodded, and grabbed the string to draw back. Then she looked at the man. "Does this have specialized arrows that go with it or do regular arrows work? Also about the suit, trust me when I say I've been doing archery since I was very small, I know what I need and don't need."
(That is one question I shall not answer… yet, you’ll see soon)
Draco shook his head.
“Just the necessaries; clothing, medicine, and all that” he confirmed as wind blew through his hair.
“Normal arrows work as any type of arrows that touch the bow will turn to enchanted ones” the man confirmed with a confident tone.
(i swear if he is here i'll be so happy)
Lata chewed on her bottom lip for a moment before turning on her heel to get her things. Even though "Draco" didn't seem all that trustworthy, if he was to take her to the general, then she would have to. "You're uh, welcome to come in for a moment," she said, finally going back inside. She didn't really wait to see if the other followed. Back in her room, she closed her bag and grabbed her final item: a necklace with a shimmering purple crystal hanging from a simple chain. An old friend had given it to her.
"Okay, do you have somewhere that I can shoot, like a range or something?" Cat said pulling an arrow out and testing it on the bow.
(We’ll see, we’ll see :D)
Coming out of her room, Lata would see Draco, without his armor on, in her house, on the floor and playing with a small puppy. He seemed kind to the small creature.
“Who’s a good little boy? That’s right you are” the Draco at this moment didn’t look like the Dragon Constellation knight from earlier in the slightest.
“There is a field outside the right hall where you’re going to be tested on your uniform” Syzen gestured.
“Beware of the words, be tested” he smiled a little.
Matthew turned to Quebec and called him.
“The man from earlier who was with Xara, where is he again?” He pointed the change out to his customer when he saw that the man was gone from where he was before.
"Mmmmmm, that may or may not work. Do you have a really big open field that is more that fifty kilometers across? I have a point to prove," Cat said placing the arrow back in her quiver
(Oof I've nothing to do now XD)

(Haha)
Lata nearly jumped in surprise at the sight of the man playing with a dog in her house. She would have remembered getting a dog if she had one. If he didn't own it already, perhaps Draco could keep him. It made sense, seeing as he liked it so much. "Is he yours…? Not that I mind him."
The girl knelt down to look at the small dog. She wasn't very good at identifying breeds, but it was still cute.
“Head outside, take a right, there’s an open field you can use” he gestured with his hand as he spoke.
(Maybe you can deliver the envelope to Syzen?)
“Yep, I’ve had him for two months now. He’s a Welsh Corgi by the way and a very intelligent one as well. Isn’t that right you sweet biscuit?” He played with the dog’s cheeks as the dog barked in joy.
Lata smiled lightly at the nickname. It was cute how stoic seeming character could become… that in a matter of moments. Now would also be a bad moment to say that she usually prefered cats. She loved dogs, sure, but due to how she grew up, cats were often around. "What did you name him?" she asked. I swear if it's actually Biscuit-
“Head outside, take a right, there’s an open field you can use” he gestured with his hand as he spoke.
"Would like to come out with me so I can give you more pointers about being an archer on the battlefield?" Cat asked going to the door and stopping.
(Still in the same room as earlier; in the building, left hall)
“I named him Oscar” the Draco answered. He picked the small creature up and turned to Lata.
“Ready to go?” Despite his crisp tone, he seemed more friendly when he’s with his pet.
“Unfortunately I couldn’t go with you, I have to stay here and wait for the other Zodiacs” he answered, gently holding his hand up.
