Al smiled, making her way toward the garage door as well

Allyanna led them both to the kitchen. "What do you guys want to eat?"

Al shrugged. "I don't really mind whatever" Marygrahm, on a similar wavelength, said "Whatever you have"

Allyanna frowned. "That does not help. I have a lot."

Al gave a sheepish shrug, unsure what food she even had on this planet. Marygrahm gave an awkward smile "Well, whats easy?"

Allyanna glared more. "All of it! I am a medic, I never have time for hard meals!"

"Mac and cheese!" Al said, putting her hands up in playful surrender while Marygrahm just giggled

Allyanna nodded. "Alright, I can try. No promises. But I will try." She started pulling things out, ready to attempt to make the dish.

Al sat on a counter across the kitchen, watching. Marygrah sat at the table and began sketching in her notepad

Al worked for a while, grabbing different things and cooking. after a while, she smiled. "I think I did it!" The noodles were uneven, they looked hand-shaped, but they were good, and so was the cheese sauce.

Al and Marygrahm smiled, grateful. Marygrahm looked at Al and asked "what is the rest of your name?" Marygrahm was under the impression humans were name the same way nefeli were. "Allanah?" Al responded with a raised eyebrow

Allyanna smiled. "I do not believe humans share the same naming customs as us. For us, each parent chooses a name, and they mix them together. That way, no arguments occur. It also helps, because it makes it very unlikely for repeat names to be used. Once in a while, the parents choose the same names, and there is only one name. Humans do not seem to share this custom, from what I can tell."

Al nodded. "For humans, the parents just agree on one. If one has their heart set on one name, and the other wants a different one, it'll usually end up as a middle name. For example, my mom wanted to name me Allanah, and my dad wanted to name me Robin, so now my name is Allanah Robin Foreman" she explained. Marygrahm simply smiled "Huh. strange" she said, though it was clear by tone she didn't mean it rudely

Allyanna nodded. "For other creatures, they have no need for names in the wild. Groups of Leariai, (plural Learian) for example, call each other by relation. Such as leader, parent, or sibling. Names are a sentient species thing, I have found."

Al nodded, while Marygrahm seemed intrigued. "Do you guys have middle and last names?" Al asked

Allyanna nodded. "We do not have 'middle' names until after we make a union, where our previous family name becomes our middle name, and the couple decides on a new family name together."

Al nodded. Marygrahm smiled. "My middle name is Luustor." Marygrahm was married, apparently "My partner would be most excited to meet the human. Zey are an architect, so they would be useful"

Allyanna nodded. "Yes. I will allow for your discretion about how to approach them. I am not in a union, so I do not have a middle name."

Al nodded with a smile, and Marygrahm beamed. "I'll most likely tell zem when I return home tonight, and bring zem here tomorrow"

Allyanna nodded. "That sounds good with me, if it is alright with Al."

Al nodded. "That's fine" She agreed. Marygrahm smiled, shaking Al's hand. "Alright, I should probably get back to them. I'll see you both tomorrow" Zey said before heading toward the door

Allyanna nodded, biding zem goodbye as zey left. Allyanna turned to Al. "I am excited, this seems like it will work! And a lot sooner than I thought."

Al smiled. "Me too. I say, since my ship is fixed, I can start planning the accident on my planet, and you can start figuring out how to get the big ship?"

Allyanna nodded. "That sounds good. I will also find a few more people to come with us, to make sure we have enough."

She nodded. "As soon as we have enough set up on this planet, I'll go home and gather my guys. I'd need a map of this star system, and to know what planet we're going to if I do that though"

Allyanna nodded. "I can arrange for those as well, though it might take a while, as I will have to get an astronomer on board to chart the map."
