SwimwithGamers stepped into the assembly hall. She was nervous: her creator had sent her instead of the creator, so she was going to be the face of the channel.
(I'm getting a video out that explains this. Here is a link to my channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCaF7aQ4A2w4A0r5Ciq0TAHQ?view_as=subscriber)
(Okay)
Brie looked around, hoping some of these people could become her friends. Well, if she was accepted, that is.
SG twirled her fingers together. She hoped she didn't let her creator down, or any of her friends.
Logan stepped into the hall, face done up in just a bit of makeup, just to make him look presentable. His eyes skipped over everyone there, he was a bit nervous, but mostly because he had pulled out his best cosplays and acting for his portfolio or this school.
Combing her fingers through her dark blue hair, SG looked around, trying to find someone to talk to.
The announcements were about to be said. Everyone who had helped make this year's decision was on the stage. That's when it began.
SG took a deep breath. This was it.
After a few statements of welcoming the announcements as to who was accepted started.
Logan's eyes grew wide, anticipation shining in them. He had come from Florida to come see this, so he hoped he got in. Airplane tickets were a hell to get.
SG shivered. Her fate was being decided.
Brie knew it all came down to this very moment as to whether or not YouTube had accepted her or not. She was quite fearful of what would happen next at this point. It was all up to this, and she was just a weirdo, who, in most people's minds, wasn't all that talented. Well, her being her, she had a lot of haters, but she never cared. Though now she knew her life could change forever. If accepted, she hoped to make friends, and if possible, keep the secrets of why she is who she is.
SG held her breath. If she didn't get in, who knows what her creator would do?
And then the announcements got to them, all of which were accepted.
SG pumped her fist in the air.
"YES!" Brie said. She was really quite excited with this. She wasn't sure if she was annoying people, knowing she was probably pretty loud.
SG looked to the person who had just yelled.
I think I like this person.
SG walked over to Brie.
"Hey. I see you got in too." SG's skirt swished around her legs as she adjusted her eyepiece.
"Yep!" Brie said. "My name's Brie, by the way!"
"I'm SG." She stuck out her hand for a handshake.
Brie shook her hand. "Nice to meet you!"
"Nice to meet you too. So, what kinds of videos do you make?"
"Thing is, I don't know," Brie said. "My sister saw something for this school, and well, took over. Besides, I myself have multiple talents and hobbies. Well, talents according to me, but not many others." She said that referencing her past school.
"I'm sure you have great talents! It's the only way they would let you in." SG shrugged.
"Still, I'm just the poster child for my channel. I don't really do much but read my script and introduce different episodes of shows. we produce."
Pyro saw, in the horde of possible students, one that stuck out particularly to him. It was a girl who looked about his age, glancing excitedly around. Steeling himself, he walked up to her with a grin. "Hey, it's nice to meet you. You're hoping to get in to the academy, right?" He stuck out his hand to shake. "I'm Pyro."
