The line was static, then, Lucas voice echoed through the line. It was unclear what he was saying, but then, screams sounded. Eardrum bursting screams.

"Scud" Via whispered, trying to remember Poppy's number. if they could call poppy, they could figure out if Luca was safe..

Frank was sitting in the grass with Clover, trying to forget everything that had happened, because it was very much not the time for a panic attack, especially when they were watching his maybe-boyfriend's (I forgot if they were official or not yet) kid.
