Frank looked around the room for anything that he could use to open the door, and then got an idea. "I need you to move away from the door, I'm gonna use some sort of battering ram."
Luca takes a moment. “Try a card!” He digs in his hair, finding a hair pin.
"Oh- I've never done that before, how does it work?"
“AUGH! Get a card that isn’t paper and slide it under the door! I’ll do it!”
"Alright-" Frank pulled a card from their pocket and slid it under the door. "Does that work?"
Luca looks at it. “Yeah.” He picks it up and slides it where the lock was. Home went silent, then seemed to growl as the door clicked open.
(I’ve had to do that before-)
(Same, my bedroom door is always getting stuck)
Frank yanked open the door and shone the flashlight down the stairs. "Are the others down here?"
Avhira had still been silant, but as the air grew heavier, it was obvious she was.
Frank ventured down the (creepily long) staircase
Sally was barely breathing now, since the cloud of confusion and the thick, humid, heavy air that Avhira was creating made it even hard to breathe.
Frank eventually came to another door, this one was unlocked. He went inside and looked around.
Luca follows. “I think-“ He looks around, feeling dizzy.
"You should stay here and rest. You've been through a lot. Let me know if Wally comes back."
Luca shakes his head. “I-“ He slumps into the wall, almost passing out.
(Talking about this rp out of context is so fun. "Hopefully the evil three-foot-tall yellow man doesn't find us. The sentient building will probably tell him where we are though." "What?")
Frank frowned and continued to search the room.
(Who should they find first?)
(XDDDD)
(Find sally, get her out. Via will be fine.)
(In his words exactly: "Hahaha… What?")

(kk)
Sally slowly came to consciousness.. but barely. She thought she saw someone standing in front of the faint light coming from the doorway, but she wasn't sure. "H-hello…?"
"Sally, is that you?" Frank followed the sound, until he found Sally in the corner, tied up on the ground.
