Sally stood up, pushing away from the table. "Would you like any help, Poppy?"
(haha)
(Remember, Wally thinks the apple pie will look like an apple)
"Oh, not right now. I'll be making the pie tomorrow! If you'd like to come by and help then, that would be fine!" Poppy smiled, before noticing Home through the window. She closed the curtains.
"Of course, to all of that!" Poppy said smiling. "If you don't mind though… could you stop stabbing the apple, Azul? It's making a bit of a mess.
"Hm?" She blinked in surprise and then nodded. "Of course. I was going to eat the apple anyway." She takes out a napkin from the pocket of her pants and cleans the mess she made. She makes the napkin into a ball and stuffs it back into her pants, where it'll probably remain there until she remembers to take it out. She picks the apple up and stares at it blankly before eating it…in three bites. All that remained of the apple was just the stem. And even so, Azul was looking at it like she might eat it as well.
(was azul imagining that the apple she stabbed was wally? mayhaps)

"Alrighty!" Sally saw Poppy's behavior but didn't really think about it. "I'll be going home now, thanks for having me!"
Wally blinks, then smiles. “Well…I should be getting back to Home. They’re probably lonely. It was wonderful visiting you.” He stands, adjusting his shirt.
"Goodbye Sally! I'll see you later!" Poppy walked her to the door, then turned back. "Thank you Azul!" Poppy said, sitting back down.
"Yeah, I guess we just wait." He half-leaned on the counter
Frank kinda stood there awkwardly, not sure what to say.
Eddie tapped his fingers on the edge of the counter. The faint sound of Clover singing could bearl be heard

"Oh, alright. Goodbye Wally! …. Have you not found Via yet? the poor dear hasn't stopped hiding yet, i think she might be asleep… I saw her yesterday."

Wally looks at her, “No sadly. But I’l find her…soon…” He looks at Azul, then stands. “Have a wonderful day.” He walks to the door, then glances back to Azul.
Poppy felt uncomfortable, so she attempted to make small talk with Azul. "Azul, dear, how was your day?"
"You're welcome, Poppy," she said softly, with a small smile. She watched Wally walk to the door, not taking her eyes off of him. "Goodbye, Wally."

Clover singing reminded Frank of the vintage radio in the kitchen, and (mostly just for an excuse to not be standing there awkwardly) flipped it on, then turned the volume down so that the 50's sounding jazz-like song that was playing was just pleasant background music. (The song is "It's Been a Long, Long Time" bc yes.)
"You're welcome, Poppy," she said softly, with a small smile. She watched Wally walk to the door, not taking her eyes off of him. "Goodbye, Wally."
Wally grins, then walks out.
Poppy felt uncomfortable, so she attempted to make small talk with Azul. "Azul, dear, how was your day?"
She looks back at Poppy, her expression brightening. "Oh, it's been going fine. I played with Tibbles, watered the flowers outside, and then I bought some stuff…which reminds me I still need to pay Howdy back. I promised him I would bring him cupcakes. But I'll bring them later. How was your day?"
Sally follows Wally out the door, shutting it behind her.

Wally looks at her, smiling. “Heading back home?”

Sally nodded. "Yup!"
Wally smiles and nods, “See you soon…” He walks away, humming a soft tune.

Sally waved goodbye to Wally and headed down the path to her house.

"It was great! i made cookies, I had several visitors, and time moved weirdly! Thanks for grocery shopping for us."
