"Aww okay! I'll see you tomorrow!" She mewed, before racing off back towards her house.

It was the next day and shadowpaw was walking around the twoleg dens.

Salt just happen to spot shadow paw along the edge and jumped out of her yard to go over to him.

"Hi salt…." he purred sitting down, and licking his paw

"Hiii, what are you up to?"

"Im just hunting….." ge mewed looking around

"Hunting? Hunting what?"

"Yeah hunting, do you not know what that is?" He asked her.

"I never seen any cat actually hunt for food before, we have our twolegs to get our food for us."

"Ohh…" He said wondering why they dont hunt

"So what are you hunting?"

"Anything, Mice, squirrels, voles, rabbit, anything that can feed my clan…." He purred.

"How do you catch them?"

"It might be hard for a kittypet but, I'll show you…." He said as he got up and started walking into the woods.

"Ooh sweet!" She moved to follow after him as he walked into the woods.

He took her to an clear area to teach her. "Ok we are here…" he said.

"So where are the creatures?"

"Everywhere you have to be quiet and listen…." he told her

"Oh- sorry.' She whispered as she looked around the area for creatures.

"Just watch what I do…." He whispered as he crouched and slowly stalked a mouse.

She nodded, moving to crouch down as well, looking for a creature to stalk after.

He slowly crouched closer and closer, keeping quiet until he was a tail lengths away.

She eventually found a squirrel to stalk, slowly trailing behind it.

He crouched as far down as he could before pouncing onto the Mouse.

She was going to pounce on the squirrel by got distracted by him pouncing on the mouse.
