Kiibo quickly rushed to his lover's side when his former classmate finally left. "Ko!" he exclaimed. "Are you okay?"

“I'm fine!” he choked out, blood dripping onto the floor

"No, no you're not!" Kiibo exclaimed with a panicked tone. "How do I help you…?!"

“Well I can't die,” he joked

"E-even so…you're horribly injured…! That's not okay…!"

“ I'm okay..”

"A-are you sure…?"

“I'll heal, just.. Pull the stake out..”

Kiibo nodded and removed the stake from his boyfriend's body. "I'm still worried, you know…"

Kokichi bit back a scream, throwing his head back, as pain surged clear on his face “ now my body has a chance to heal..”

"A chance…?" Kiibo asked, his worry growing even more evident in his tone. "Th-there's only a chance…? But then…what if it doesn't…?"

“It will, it always does.” he said softly

"Okay…" Kiibo sighed softly. "I'll believe you…but I'm scared…"

Kokochi coughed a bit more of the clotting blood “damn it..”

"O-okay…that really can't be good…" Kiibo said softly. "What is going on…?"

“ my blood runs cold, it's just clotting “

"I can't help but worry about that. I really dunno if you're okay…"

“ I'm fine..”

"You can't be… You're definitely not okay…"

“ I might not be..” he said softly
