So, I've had this idea for a while.
A is a court jester, living under a tyrannical king. A's quarters is a dusty old closet in the dungeon, just big enough for a desk, a bed, and a bookshelf. A has a secret passage behind the bookshelf, triggered by the pulling of a book, stereotypical secret passage stuff. A brings small parcels of stolen money to his family every other week, sneaking out through the aforementioned passageway. On one trip in particular, A invites his family to the upcoming ball. While at the ball, A makes a joke about the king's tyranny, the king overhears, and gives the order of execution. B is a tavern bartender in the same tavern A visits on his trips. A and B are very well acquainted, friends even, except A has feelings for B. B is also an aspiring adventurer, down for any type of exploring. A stops at B's tavern in his rush to escape, asking B to come with them. The two escape, and live out their lives. In a few years time, A returns to kill the king, after marrying B. They succeed, but A loses his sanity in the process and murders B, keeping them on the throne next to A, believing they are still alive.
Any character sheet is welcome, no specific preferences for characters, but I'd prefer to be B. Anyone is welcom
(yea. just post your character sheet and I'll get mine up, then one of us can post a starter, however you want to do it)

Backstory: She grew up in a loving family, in a small cottage, covered and surrounded by plant life. Because she had a family of seven, they were strapped for cash quite often. Her father was a knight, and her mother a candle vendor. When her and her brothers got older, Aire became a knight, Elrae an adventurer, Ryo a blacksmith, and Elryn a squire. She herself became a barmaid in the local tavern. Soon enough, a man came into the bar twice a week. He was dressed in middle class clothing, but reeked of royalty. They got to talking and became good friends.
Other: Has four brothers, named Aire, Elrae, Ryo, and Zeno Elryn, and a sister in law named Xena Vandryn.

Name: Oleander 'Ollie' Elahorn
Age: 24
Race: Half Sirin Half human
Likes: Ollie usually enjoys a good laugh (obviously) or making others laugh/have a good time. He likes to birdwatch in his free time, even just staying outside for long periods of time. He also enjoys astronomy, knowing where all the "constellations" are. He's very quick on his feet and he knows how to use a kunai.
Dislikes: Ollie dislikes when people talk bad about his family, annoying him, and doesn't give him any space.
Backstory: When Ollie was younger he lived with his father and older sister. His father worked at a Mill and his sister worked as a maid for an important figure (but didn’t get paid much). He decided to get a job that could pay for his family’s expenses and eventually found an opening for the Court Jester. It was a fun job, until he learnt the truth. He never wanted to turn back after it.

(Srry For being late)
(all good.)
Mylaea sat upright in her bed, rubbing the sleep from her watering eyes, and stretching. She looked out her window and realized what time it was. She quickly hopped out of bed, and got dressed in her green dress, white corset, and white apron. She ran out her door, locking it behind her, and ran down the stairs towards the tavern. She locked the second door and went behind the bar. It was one of those days that Ollie would come in. She tracked them. Some people would consider it creepy, she just considered it planning for a good friend.
She turned the sign to open, cleaned the tables and went behind the bar as customers started pouring in. It was going to be a busy day
Oleander started his day as usual, quiet but quick. He got dressed and set everything up. Before he left the little room he called his sleeping quarters he tidied up and head for the door. Without thinking he hit his head on the top of the door and tripped on a reg he'd left on the floor the prier night. When He got up he saw some guards snickering and all Ollie could do was give them a sour look. "The show must go on." He heard one of the guards say. Oleander grinned. The show will go on. And he'll be the main event.
He quickly went through the castle, trying to get to the kings thrown room. The king will behead me if I'm late… He huffed under his breath. The sound of the bells rang through the halls. If Ollie hadn't been here for most of his life he probably would have assumed that the castle was abandoned. When he reached the door he adjusted his cloths and hat and put on a smile. He opened the door and walked in. "My liege," Oleander said, bowing. "Good morning. I hope all is well…"
