“Hey girls, you’re both pretty, now we need to go.” Ollie said with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.
“Hey girls, you’re both pretty, now we need to go.” Ollie said with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.
"What are you doing?" C asked, turning off his phone. He had been trying to reach his papa, who usually called him or texted him when he woke up.
“We’re looking for Patton, Logan, Virgil, and Roman. They’re all mysteriously missing.” Ollie said simply. “And comb your hair, will you? It looks a mess.”
"Papa isn't responding either," C muttered, scratching at his arms nervously, he was a bit scared, he might be over-reacting, though.
“Yeah, that’s unlike Patton. Never quiet, is he?” Ollie thought for a moment. “Any ideas where they might be? We’ve searched all the rooms we can access.”
"I can bring us to Papa's office building," C muttered, as Emile's kid, he was the only one that could go into that without an appointment.
“Alright. I doubt they’re there, honestly, but it’s worth a go.” He pulled a comb out of his pocket and tossed it to C. “Lead the way.”
C let it fall to the ground, standing up and setting his books into his bag. "Here we go." He said, snapping his fingers.
Ollie sighed and picked the comb back up. As much as C’s hair bothered him, he had more pressing issues to deal with. He tucked the comb neatly back into his pocket and followed C’s lead.
"Guys since C showed up can I just go?" D asked and looked a bit bored.
“No! Aren’t you the least bit worried where they went? Your father is the embodiment of anxiety and all, so I would think he’d pass a bit on to you.”
"Definitely did. But honestly what if they are just hanging out in the imagination and lost track of time."
“One of them, maybe, but not all of them would lose track of time. Particularly my father.”
"Be more chill, Jeremy." he said to Ollie. Narcissus loved the musical Be More Chill and was proud of the reference. "We'll find them." this was said with false confidence.
“My name isn’t Jeremy…” Ollie said, confused. “Do you have brain damage or is this another one of your musical things?”
"Why would you ever suggest brain damage? Of course it's a musical, idiot!"
“Well, you never know! We’re not the ones typically in charge of managing the majority of Thomas’s mental state, and you do say some questionable things.”
"Technically you are a brain dysfunction being the narcissism personified…" D mumbled.
"Thomas should be waking up any moment, so we need to find papa and the others as soon as possible." C stated, them all appearing in a dimly lit office.
"I'm Thomas's desire personified! Totally different!" Narcissus bellowed, upset that none of this was turning out positive in any way.
“Well, I’m not even entirely sure what I am. Now every shut up so we can find the ones who know how to fix this.”
"Seriously, this is getting really annoying now. Dad, other people of lesser sentimental importance, where are you?!" Narcissus yelled.
C rolled his eyes. "Flower boy, I need you to look into the Imagination, see if the dragon witch is there. If they are, do not, and I repeat, do not interact." He instructed, feeling more at home here.
"Yeah whatever sir desirable." D said then shut up and listened to their ideas.
"Why not interact? I'd love a chance to best some dragon heiny!" Narcissus said.
