Logan looked up from his book, patience already lost. This was the fourth time he had been interrupted today, and he had had enough. “Roman, whatever it is, I don’t have the time. I am taking time for some mental health care and I swear to anything that may be out there, or to more likely nothing, if anyone interrupts me again I will lose it.”

Roman ignored him though and flopped onto Logan's bed. Roman was feeling lonely and felt like most of the others were ignoring him on purpose. So he picked up a random book on the floor and went over to where Logan was sitting. He looked up him timidly (he knew what happen if Logan lost his cool), "C-can I join you?" He winced expecting the same answer he had gotten from the others sides lately. Answers like go away or I'm busy or I'm not interested.

“Fine, but be quiet. I’m reading.” he said, patting the side of his bed openly. He didn’t really mind Roman’s presence, only found it a bit loud and all over the place. Logan shifted, rocking back and forth a bit as he read his book.

"O-ok.", Roman was surprised. Out of all of the sides he thought he annoyed Logan the 2nd most (Virgil being number one). He plopped himself on the floor and looked at the book he was going to be reading. He wrinkled his nose. World history? No thank you. So Roman summoned his drawing pad and his pencil and started working on a flower he had started yesterday but found it hard to do so without it being there. He quickly glanced at Logan. Deciding to take a risk, he started to draw him. With few glances looking with him he was done. He added one more thing though. Flowers in his hair.

Really, Logan had put the cover of his world history book over his copy of Frankenstein. He didn’t want Roman knowing he liked such frivolous books as that, and found it a little depressing he had to hide so much of his like and interests from the others for the sake of his reputation as a solid, reliable, logical person.

Roman finished his picture and went over to Logan to show him. He didn't know actually how he react but Roman took pride in his work. Roman looked down and saw that Logan was reading another book. Frankenstein Roman was shocked but found himself happy that Logan liked the same book he did too, "You know Teach? That's the only kind of science book I like."

“O-oh. You enjoy it too? Well, I find Miss Shelley’s work absolutely fascinating, you see. It deals with human nature, love, parental duties and lack thereof. And well, I somewhat relate to the Monster, in a way. Scorned by his peers for things he cannot control, that sort of thing.” he blushed a little, looking at Roman’s drawing. “Is that supposed to be me? It is highly satisfactory if so.”

For Roman the praise made him feel weirdly happy. Roman thought that was a new feeling but then focused on what Logan had said. "You are not the monster! If anything that's me.", Roman wanted to cheer him up and started to hug him but stopped. He didn't want to ruin his friendship with Logan by his own reckless decisions. So he settled for this, "You know what gets me the most upset? It's when people call the monster Frankenstein. Even though it's the creator that is called that."

“I think it’s funny. Victor would have likely hated that the monster got his name, the fame, and all that became.” he let out a small chuckle at his rhyming joke. “The creature would have likely also found it upsetting, but for other reasons.”

Roman found Logan's chuckle so adorable he had to hide his blush behind his sleeve. Once controlled he sat down on the floor next to the chair Logan was sitting in. He openned his drawing pad and erased something on the page and then showed it to Logan with a big smile on his face. He had erased the expression and made it to where Logan was chuckling.

“Oh. I see.” he said, face neutral once again. Inside he was ecstatic but he had to keep up appearances. After all, his reputation was everything to him.

Roman saw Logan's face fall and got worried, "I can throw it away if you like Logan!" Roman cursed himself on the inside for just wanting to please him because he was supposed to be the strong and brave one. Right? At least that what one of the others had said the one time he let anyone see him cry. After that, he never cried in front of anyone again. "Logan….do you want me to leave?", Roman said as he started to get up.

“Not at all. Your company is quite pleasant to me. As for the drawing, you may do as you please with it. It is none of my business.” he said simply, leaning back and reading. “It was on a dreary night of November that I beheld the accomplishment of my toils. With an anxiety that almost amounted to agony, I collected the instruments of life around me, that I might infuse a spark of being into the lifeless thing that lay at my feet.” Logan began to read.

Roman can't help but stare at Logan with a small smile on his face. Perhaps……not all the sides disliked him all the time.

Logan continued to read, his room shifting and changing until it was a fully accurate representation of what the scene would have been like, save for the bed still there, yet ignored. The creature awoke, Victor ran away out of horror, millions of scenes and images flew around the place as Logan became slowly more immersed in the book.

Roman looked what was going on. He was amazed. He had never seen this part of Logan before and to be honest… was falling in love with it. As he thought that he cursed himself. This is what he was afraid of most this emotion. S he got up and headed towards the door, "I-I better leave you."

All at once, the scene stopped, dropping to the floor and fading away. “I see. If that is what you wish, you may leave. However… the time spent with you was highly enjoyable and I would certainly like to spend it in such a way again.”

"R-really? I can come after I do something in the morning. It'll cut out my daily training so you don't mind if I bring my weights in your room? I'll be very carefull!", Roman said hoping he would say yes.
