Cool.
Cool.
Emilia Ebrius, or Lia, as she was known, dangled her legs along the edge of the dock, trailing them in the water. Her black hair dripped onto her already sopping clothes, but she ignored it. She was planning revenge on the Stoll brothers, who had pushed her in. They should have known better.
Lillian stood on the cliff edge, staring at the ocean. She could feel the pull of the storm nearby, and breathed out one long sigh.
Mre slipped through the forest, bag filled with supplies he had gotten after a raid in a monster-filled CVS. He clapped to show Lillian he was there, he couldn't touch anything living, because of his shadows.
Lillian turned. "Oh, hey," she said. She sat down, breathing in the fresh sea air.
"Are you alright Lillian?" Mre asked in his thicc accent. He sat down, a few feet away and placed the bag down. "I got some supplies."
Lillian shrugged. "I'll be fine." She held up her arm, where the venom from the Chimera bite was spreading. "I might need an antidote, though."
"I'll see what I can mix up, we may not have any nectar or whatever you people use, but I know herbs." He promised, pulling out a few rolls of bandage. "Let's re-dress the wound though."
Lillian nodded. She went over to him.
"Okay, let me just get on my gloves, don't want to hurt you." Mre muttered, sliding on his glvoes before staring to wrap the wound.
Lillian shrugged. She held still, though, as he wrapped the wound. She winced slightly, but didn't make a sound.
"Okay, good as we can get."Mre said, letting go of her arm. "We need to find somewhere to camp, maybe a hotel or something."
Lillian stood. "I don't want to go anywhere, though," she said. She thought of her sister. "Lia may contact me yet."
"Perhaps, just don't stay out too late. If she does contact you, make sure she tells Nico that Mre says hello." He said, standing up and smiling. He knew Nico from the Lotus Casino, he had been stuck there with his mam for a bit, his mother asked them to stay there to keep them safe.
Lillian nodded, lips pressed tightly together. Her sister was't friendly at all, but she knew that Lia had a soft spot for the son of Hades.
Lia glared at the centaur. "You want me to what?"
(May I?)
(Sure!)
Cassidy glided out of the tree's towards the cliff gazing at the oncoming storm clouds a small smile appeared on her lips, "Looks like home." she commented approaching her comrades. She glanced at the bandages and Mre's choice of herbs, " I would have added a bit of baking soda or salt to that mixture before applying, but you never know maybe she has exceptionally clean skin and the Chimera brushed it's teeth recently." She raised one delicate eyebrow as she spoke, "But you're right, it's the best we can do right now." she sat and dangled her feet over the edge of the cliff, "Any news?"
"None from any of my sources," Mre said, sitting down in one of the shadows. He needed to let the shadows under his skin disperse for a bit, then he could get back to working on finding info.
"I can't help much this side of the Atlantic." Cassidy admitted reluctantly, "Don't have many connections here besides you people." the wind pulled at the loose curls that had escaped from her hair-tie. "Well regardless of connections and communication, we can't risk staying here much longer."
