"I'm surprised that you could put up with me at first, but I'm so glad that of all the people I could've met, it was you that I did," Kokichi told him softly. "You've been there for me through it all… You've cared for me this entire time that I've been sick, and you're, surprisingly, not gonna leave…even if I may be dying…" he sighed softly. "I still don't want to accept that…"
“ It's understandable, but why I would leave you isn't, I think it proves how much I really love you”
Kokichi nodded. "Yeah… I'm glad that you love me so much…but if I have to be honest…I'm scared of dying… I don't wanna leave you…"
“ I promise I'll stay to the end, and I cat reassure you about death because even I don't know what's behind that curtain”
Kokichi nodded again. "I-I'm just scared of dying… I-I don't wanna die…" he sighed, tears forming in his eyes. "Kiiboy…I just wanna live with you…"
“than live with me while you have the time, don't fear death”
Kokichi nodded. "I live with you already… I may as well make the most of it, huh…?"
Kokichi held onto Kiibo as he gave the other a soft smile. "Then I will! When I feel better, maybe we could do something?"
Kokichi smiled softly. "Good, good," he replied. "Also, maybe it's just because I've been out of it most of the time, but where did that cat we found go? I haven't seen it…"
I let shuichi and rantaro take care of him for a bit while you were sick..”
Kokichi nodded. "Understandable, but will I be able to see him again…? Will I be able to see the others in general…?"
“ yeah, I promise. Just not today..”
Kokichi sighed softly. "Is…something wrong, Kiiboy…?"
"Are you completely sure?" Kokichi asked. "If something's wrong, you can tell me…"
“ I know baby but I'm fine,”
"Okay, but just know that you can tell me anything," Kokichi told him.
“ I know,” he said softly
Kokichi snuggled closely to Kiibo. "If everything's okay, I want you to know that I love you and that I hope we can do something soon."
"When do you think we'll be able to do something?" Kokichi asked. "When should I be okay enough for that?"
"I hope so. I'd love to do something tomorrow."
