So, here's a little info on the basic plot: only a few months after the finale, magic is suddenly back. Judging from other experiences, somehow a piece survived and ended up restoring the rest. Because magic is back, so are all magic beings that died because of the missing magic. Star would destroy the magic again, but a small piece of it seems to be missing.

Name: Tempest Miracle

Personality: Tempest isn't the biggest fan of the merge, but is glad there is no magic. She has overheard stories about how things used to be before the merge and she is confident that she wouldn't trust anything with access to magic, let alone being made of it. She is very stubborn and will not change her mind, only a few people have managed to do so. She can also be very sadistic and cruel when it comes to things she doesn't like. Despite this, she tries to seem like a sweet and gentle girl; she doesn't do the best job but has fooled a few people.
Appearance: Tempest has pale skin and is of average height. She has long, puffy silver hair with Dora bangs. She has a pair of large eyes which are usually both emerald green. She usually wears a white hoodie and black pants. (Her right eye is currently yellow)
Outfits: 1- Casual. A white hoodie with black leggings and black boots. (Also dark sunglasses, sometimes)
2- Villain. A black sleeveless jumpsuit, which is also a turtleneck. Black boots and gloves with fake claws at the ends. She wears a fox mask with one eyehole for her right eye; it has under-eye stripes and a 4-pointed star on it. This outfit also includes a fake fox tail with a red tip and one stripe on it.
3- Sleep. A white fox onezie with two tails.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Other (Optional): If it was unclear by the yellow eye and stuff, the missing piece of magic is hiding inside her. Don't ask how, I don't know.
